Anche il Comune di Milano ha emesso un'ordinanza che mette al bando la prostituzione in strada. Ne riporto il contenuto qui di seguito:

IL SINDACO

RILEVATO

• che all’ampia diffusione della prostituzione su strada conseguono situazioni di disturbo della quiete pubblica, di offesa alla pubblica decenza , frequentemente spinta all’ obscenity, sanitation and urban decay, which affects the normal living and causes of the places concerned, to the detriment of residents, desperate and continuing tensions;

CONSIDERED

• essential, therefore, take measures to prevent and combat the widespread phenomenon of street prostitution and serious damage to public decency, in order to ensure greater road safety and the free use of public spaces;

ORDER

1. is prohibited from exercising any manner and behavior in public places, open spaces or visible to the public activities of prostitution;
2. are forbidden to bargain, to agree on sexual performance throughout the city with people who conduct the business of prostitution on the street or, for their attitudes, clothing and approaches manifested its intention to exercise sexual performance;
3. is prohibited from driving vehicles across the city, making stops for shorter periods, to approach, to perform dangerous maneuvers or obstruction of traffic in order to request information, negotiate, agree with those who engaged in sexual activity or prostitution on the street, that their attitudes, clothing and ways of approaching the manifest intention to exercise sexual performance;
4. is forbidden to spend time on public land on spaces open to the public or visible to the public of the township, with addicts alla prostituzione;
5. è fatto divieto di porre in essere atti sessuali sul demanio pubblico, su spazi aperti al pubblico o visibili al pubblico del territorio comunale.

Attendiamo con ansia un'ordinanza del sindaco che bandisca anche tutte le pubblicità con donne discinte e vieti alle donne di recarsi in minigonna in discoteca... non si sa mai si possa pensare che abbia "l'intenzione di esercitare sexual performance "with some pretty boy.
